Unbelievably disappointing. How did so many people love this book? Its just some merry hobbits trouncing around in the wilderness singing their merry songs. They get eaten by a tree. And they escape cuz some pervert named Tom sings a song, and the tree lets them go?!? The writing style is really weird too, feels like Im reading a Christmas book for children. Junk.
